When you use the free assessment or order an AI employee, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), business name, the conversation you have with Annie (typed or spoken), and — if you use voice — short audio recordings that we transcribe.
If you choose shadow mode, the workday recordings your team submits (screen, meetings, calls) are used only to train your own AI employee — never for anything else — and are deleted on request. Make sure everyone being recorded knows and agrees.
To run your AI assessment, email you your report, follow up about your assessment or reservation, and deliver the services you ask for. We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing blasts — you hear from us about your own business, not newsletters.
Your conversation is analyzed by AI services acting on our behalf: Anthropic (the assessment and Annie's replies) and Groq (voice transcription and speech). Hosting is on Vercel, and report/confirmation emails are delivered through our email provider. Per these providers' commercial API terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.
We keep assessment and reservation records so we can serve you. Want something corrected or deleted? Email us and we'll do it — no forms, no friction.
One price: $99/month per AI employee, cancel anytime.No setup fee, no contract. You subscribe through Stripe's secure checkout; billing is monthly and you can cancel anytime. When you cancel, you keep everything your employee produced and we hand over anything we built for you.

Savings figures are good-faith estimates from a single conversation, calculated with conservative assumptions — they're a starting point we confirm with you before any build, not a promise.
